Not usually the case with police weapons. Last year at a gun show I saw a Mossberg 590A1 sitting in a dealer's rack with a price tag of $350.00.

It was in great shape, it appears it had only been lightly used, probably mostly only for occasional range qualification. Most of the time it sat in the police cruiser gun rack, as evidenced by the wear on the parkerized finish on the barrel.

I told my brother, "If you don't snap that up, I will."

Seeing as I already had one, he took the hint.
