It all depends on the level of stalking... are we talking sending texts just being like hey what's up? And not picking up on the socisocial signs saying that you are not interested? Or are we talking sitting outside your house with a thermos and binoculars while rubbing his inner thigh with his lucky rabbits foot while he watches you through the window making Ramon noodles?

Don't be a dick to them for starters. Stalkers are people, and most of them are pretty sensitive. Just don't be a jerk and things should work out for everybody.
