I beg to differ. If I fire someone for wearing an "I can't breathe!" T Shirt what do you think would happen?

It is a violation for persecuting me for expressing my viewpoint in a peaceful and lawful manner. If I vote a certain way am I to be punished for that?

Get real.

Then pass the bar and take a case to the SCOTUS. Try to make the argument that media singling you out for your views are a violation of the first amendment. Go on.

There are legal standards at play here. Just because you feel wronged doesn't mean the Constitution has been violated.

I have a suggestion for you: read the First Amendment. Seriously.

People get fired for being outspoken on controversial issues all the time.

1st Amendment protects the people from the government, not from other individuals.

Just fire them for wearing a T-shirt to work.
