Tomorrow morning.
Wanna guess what else is tomorrow?
Gruber's testimony.

Exactl . Their distraction technique won't work though except on abc, cbs, nbc, pbs & cnn.

Well, they have to release it tomorrow because Wednesday would be far too inconvenient.

Dimocrats have prostituted themselves for this assclown of a president and their entire party has become a laughing stock in the process.

Libs have anything to say about this?

I have no comment on the timing. I'm fine with admitting it's chicken shite politics. I'm more concerned with the higher-level officials trying to scare or guilt trip the Senate in to not releasing the report. "This will cause attacks and violence."
Know what else causes attacks and violence? Indiscriminate torture and indefinite detention.

Obama has signed off on the release because it will hurt America and stir shite up around the world. That's who our president is.

that's what I love about the subjectivity of politics. You can always frame your narrative to fit your preconceived notions. It's great!

It's a classic trial technique to get your bad facts out front early.

Oh, it's not going to be a pretty report. It wasn't a pretty time. Osama bin Laden won the short-term on 9/11. However, we can win in the long-term if we stay faithful to our liberal democracy principles. And part of that is transparency and sunlight into the inner workings of government and holding people accountable. Nation of laws, not men, and whatnot.
However, I doubt we see any indictments from this.

Glad to see Obama is all about transparency for an administration that isn't his.

It's bullshite that the report is even being released. The public doesn't need to be in the loop. We want our country protected but then quetsion and find fault with the methods used? Frick that.

And that is going to be the big give and take with terrorism and a liberal democracy for my generation at least

Indiscriminate torture
Meh. We didn't do that. You may call it torture (and I don't have that luxury - I used to be in the HUMINT business - although in a very small role) - but it wasn't indiscriminate. It saved lots of lives, was targeted at getting the correct information and it led to Bin Laden, ultimately.

indefinite detention.
I don't like this, but what's the alternative? Let them go? Nobody has the stomach for that. I would just turn them over the government in place where we took them from the battlefield - but that's primarily Iraq and Afghanistan where they won't be treated gently - at all.
I assume you'd be against that. So we're left with killing them or keeping them.

Maybe there's a market for middle age men sex trade? I am all against sex slaves, but maybe we can make a deal before we totally close the window.
