I've just recently became a coffee drinker. Seems more of a diuretic to me than a pre. I just recently got in a really bad car accident and my doc wants me to get on adderall but haven't decided yet. That may be a decent pre-w/o I suppose if I go with my move.

Wouldn't best post workout be a small meal or protein shake?

I've never been into working out. Always just ran or rode a bike for my exercise.

Yeah, you could just eat a meal if you want. It's all about nourishing the body after a workout.

Why does the doctor want to put you on adderall?

Drink whey protein immediately after you lift then eat a good meal a hour or two after.

C4 is a good pre workout, though I have stopped taking a pre workout and just drink some spark before for a little energy.

Get your shite online.

Right. It's just easier for most to have the powder with them then have the meal ready a little later.

I'm ADD as a mother fricker I suppose. Or just a not safe driver and he doesn't want someone on the same roads as him that can't concentrate on something over 30 seconds.

I go back to see him this week for some more xrays and for him to cut some glass out of my head, I may give it a try. Haven't been on Ritalin since maybe 8th grade. School kicks my arse and that's a factor.

All this is a reason i've decided to pick up working out yet again to try and rest/sleep better and battle my insomnia.... And spring is just around the corner.

Heard this, but it seems like its been a few years and I figured with stuff like this something "new and awesome" drops every 6 months or so

This is the plan. Before I just went to the gnc on Canal and overpaid.

Pre: C4
Protien: MP Combat

It's been a while since I've been on Bodybuilding or GNC. I've been getting both of those at costco

I gotcha. I will say it's best to not work out late at night. It can make it hard to fall asleep. I do it more than I should and it really messes up my sleep.

I've been to the Costco on Carrollton trying to shop and didn't realize you needed a membership like Sam's, so have never actually bought anything from the place.... I'd much rather just purchase from a store than online if the price isn't far off
