Pre w/o: Pre Jym or Bullnox, stacked with Hemoval. If I work out late or just don't want caffeine, I'll just mix Hemoval and Beta Alanine. I used to take C4 but the last few batches felt like duds. Didn't feel anything.
Protein: Was on Cellucor: Molten Chocolate, but I think they changed up the forumla. Can't go wrong with Optimum Nutrition or Muscle Tech Platinum Whey. I like the chocolate flavors personally.
