The hell it don't. That's the best thing about it. I can't get HAMMERED while on a 20mg pill (or 20-30 drops of this stuff) and go all night long. Also, I find it really works best on that second day for me.

It worked for me. Got smashed for the cowboys playoff game then took a dose and gave it to her good later that night.
