We got to the blind 30 minutes after shooting time and shot 4 birds. 1 night in the lodge in South Louisiana, dinner, breakfast, and lunch $1150.

2 people

I didn't pay but damn I'd be pissed if I did!

Edit: and we hunted on public land!!

Great thread.

What, where, and how many in your party and what is their skill level?

Why so late getting to the blind? Does not sound like any guided hunt I have heard of or been on (limited experience personally)

Since we just spoke, you should put in OP that you were ready and waited in lodge for 45 min for them to leave.
