That's exactly what I thought.
Like I said earlier, I'm sure those who donated are glad they did.

She was 29. I have not read much, but I doubt she had life insurance. But technically I guess it would not cover in this case.

this shouldn't be an indication of how people may be IRL.
Well for the sake of most of those who posted in this thread, I hope you're right.

From the pictures it looks as though she took a trip with her family. I see nothing wrong withere that.

The Oregonian girl who was going to commit suicide because of her illness... I didn't say she was a fraud. I said she seemingly obtained a lot based on a promise to kill herself. Then she backed out. I find no satisfaction in the fact that she is now dead. If you can't engage in discussion maybe you should stay on facebook.
Did I quote you, dumb arse? Seems like you're calling yourself out. Someone else said she was a fraud, but you were one of the pathetic fricks talking crap for a few pages, so if the shoe fits...

I think some had issues with her asking for donations for fund her bucket list.
Yes and some wondered why she went public and criticized her for that.
Had they bothered to be the least bit informed, they would have known that she went public because she wanted her story to bring awareness to the issue that not everyone has a right to die with dignity. She lived in California but had to move to Oregon to be able to die on her own terms.
I applaud her so much for that, she cared enough to try and help others who may be facing the same thing. She wanted people to have the right to die with dignity in their own state, not have to move to one of the few states that allows you to have a compassionate death on your own terms when you are terminally ill and facing a very brutal ending.
Even in her last months, she was reaching out to help others who would face terminal illnesses and their families. She had compassion for others, even in she was immersed in her own pain and suffering.
She was an educated young woman, who held a master's degree in education. As one of her friend's said said that even as she died, she was still teaching others.
She was a beautiful young woman who I admired very much. I held back from saying a lot before on this thread because of the ugliness that was posted here.

Maybe not, but this IS what you wrote:

The social contract she formed should be enforced. She should be held accountable and be killed, if she is too much a coward to live and die by her word.

That is so creepy to read.

And that's the toolbag trying to argue over semantics
In reality, I think it was dirty mike who used the word fraud, but this loser poops went beyond that.

What that tells me is what I've always figured, there's a whole bunch of nerds/pussies on this site who wouldn't say shite to someone's face irl.

Brittany Maynard, Advocate for Death With Dignity, Ends Her Life
Brittany Maynard, the 29-year-old woman who became the face of the death with dignity movement since she was diagnosed with brain cancer, has ended her life, according to an organization she worked with closely.
Maynard took lethal medication prescribed by a doctor and died late Saturday, "as she intended -- peacefully in her bedroom, in the arms of her loved ones," Sean Crowley, a Compassion & Choices spokesman, said in a statement today.
