Does a trigger job effect the value of a pistol?

Negatively or positively? It would be a lighter pull trigger with a shorter reset, and a much more crisp break. Why wouldn't anyone want that? Do you think with a receipt from a certified armorer you'd ever get that money if you had to sell? Could it increase the value of the gun more than the cost to have it done? How about a sight upgrade?
Is it too personalized, or will they be realized upgrades?

Your HK has a horrible trigger huh?

It is a selling point I would think unless it is a "classic" gun where the original parts are desired
Still, it will be diminished in value being used. Like you won't get more than a new one would cost that doesn't have a trigger job
You aren't going to get $900 for a pistol you bought for $800 and had some trigger work done. Won't even get $800

Usually, unless you're altering a collectable.

To the original question. I do not believe it changes the value of the gun negatively on a non collectable gun.
