Getting an early dinner before class tonight.
Picked up a sandwich from a Cuban place near my school.
Slow roasted skirt steak, grilled plantains, black beans, and tomato creole sauce. Cup of white bean soup on the side

Pork loin, pork ribs, pork sausage.
Salad.
The first three are contingent on a smoker I have never used before. No clue on a timeline.

Plugged it in about 12, didn't put the meat on until about 2:30.
I think the ribs will be done for dinner. No idea on the loin.
Probably should have put it on the lower grating. Live and learn I guess.

Going out with a friend, so I'm unsure.
Wanna hit Bulldog solo after work for a KBS (so proud of myself branching into the stout world I didn't like for so long), but my pup has been inside all day, so I should probably go home first.

From my experiences with a weber smoker the top cooks faster than the bottom.

I have no idea what I am doing with this thing. It was a gift about 5 years ago that finally made sense to use since I don't have a charcoal pit now.

Yep. I'm at work too long to do that to her. I feel bad enough when I have to stop at the grocery store after work.
Oh well. It's only a Tuesday. They'll have it later tonight.
