Northwest wind at 20mph the last week. Will continue today. This is normal occurrence.

It's been like that for nearly a month now. I don't think the wind has been that strong and constant

Wind moves water yes, but it won't drop the level of Henderson Lake 3 feet and sustain it for 2 months. Like Shexter said this is a highly controlled process being done in order to "bake" out the hydrilla that has seemingly take over that area.

I really hope you were being facetious...
