Very little of what is sold as molly these days is actually mdma. Most people can't tell the difference.

It's more than just hydration. The shite basically overheats your body. If you experience any symptoms like that, you should get your core temp down ASAP using a shower, pool or something like that. Basically, it's like dying of heat stroke.

Back in 2003 I bought Molly at ACL from a random hippie chick. Saved it for the Radiohead show at UNO Lakefront a few weeks later. It was amazing. It's sad that, because of prohibition, different chemicals are being sold as Molly and drug testing stations are being shut down at festivals like ACL.
ETA: Thankfully though with modern tech, if you plan ahead, you can get molly as close to pure as possible (~85%) pretty easily.
