Pete Carrol was huge, they were coming off the Hackett disaster and probation era of Tollner and Robinson. Tucked between those eras were okay but not great.
Hayden Frye at Iowa. Iowa was a garbage program who became relevant and competed for Rose Bowls.
Bobby Bowden obviously
Howard Schnellenburger at Louisville and Miami
Snyder
Glen Mason at KU they were god awful and he got them to top 10. He would've never left if Roy would have been a team player.
Gary Barnett Northwestern went from laughing stock to Rose bowls also they still compete he changed the culture.
