Windows are dangerous to the officer. A glare of any sort and BAM! The officer didn't see the gun and he's dead.

I'm not saying the officers were right, but why not just step out of the car. If they are wrong, failure to comply and arguing is not helping your case at all.

This story was on the national ABC news tonight. The passenger who got tazed got paid by the city but the amount was not disclosed.
