I usually fly AA, but for the dates I'm flying the others had better deal. Plus I haven't been a fan of AA the past few times I flew with them
I will be flying into YYZ if that is the case with customs, plus O'Hare is easier for me to get to

Fair enough, all things being equal I'd recommend Porter, especially if your trip is taking you to downtown Toronto.
