Bc Luck throws INTs making them fall behind and abandon the run, we can do this all day, there is no right or wrong answer

You think those running attacks are similar? Come on, now. You're better than that.

Bingo. IMHO, i think they are even. My point of white knighting for Wilson is because everyone regurgitates Luck, without any reason besides he was anointed before their careers. Then they will give talking points that arent even true.

The only talking point that is 100% true is that Seattle has an infinitely better defense than Indy.

I just don't think its fair to Wilson to say that he is only good bc of his defense.

Much better defense and a better running game. It's not a secret that Wilson isn't asked to do as much.

Even without being asked, he throws the same amount of TDs. Impressive

It is impressive and I am a huge Wilson supporter, but there is a reason for that stat.

Is anyone saying that's the only reason that he's good? I'm certainly not saying that. I think he's a good qb, I just think Luck is better and asked to do more.

I think Luck is equal and asked to do more. I think if you flipped them they would be about the same. Obviously we will never know, but i will say I am right and you are wrong

Andrew Luck is the better QB. How many times has Russel Wilson had to score over thirty points for the Seahawks to win? Not saying he is bad or avg., and those stats were surprising, he's just not as good as Luck.

Whats your point? That even without having too WIlson still scores as much as Luck? That doesnt sound good for Luck

I think Luck is this group of QBs Peyton Manning, while Wilson is their Tom Brady

Which means I think Luck is the better player and will finish his career with the more impressive numbers, but Wilson may very well have a more successful career

i agree with the premise behind this, but i think brady was a lot better than wilson ever will be.

Lots of interceptions happen when a team is playing from behind because you have to start forcing the ball in spaces you usually wouldn't. Wilson doesn't usually have to worry about playing from behind due to the defense. Also, Luck doesn't have a top three running back taking pressure off him.

Look at the yardage difference and attempts. This tells you that the running game is getting the biggest chunks of yardage and Wilson is getting the tds close to the goal line and doesn't have to do much to get there. The team isn't carried on his back like the Colts are on Luck. The bottom line is Seattle is a playoff team with or without Wilson. Without Luck, Indy is back to the cellar of the NFL.

Seattle is a stacked team, and he manages the team well.

That's the biggest myth that keeps being perpetuated despite evidence to the contrary - while Luck keeps getting put on a pedestal as the best in the game - despite evidence to the contrary.

Wilson accounted for 67 of the 80 yards on that final drive in OT to beat Manning and Co. Including two scrambles on 3rd down to extend the drive twice.

Only twice did they hand-off to Lynch. But go ahead and keep perpetuating the myth that Wilson simply hands-off and manages the game with dump-off passes.

Lets get some more perspective here.

Russell Wilson is 26-9 as a starter. (Regular Season)
Russell Wilson is 12-8 when he has attempted more than 25 passes.

Andrew Luck is 24-12 as a starter.
Andrew Luck has thrown less than 25 passes in 1 career game.

Wilson throws more touchdowns per pass, that's why they win more games when he doesn't have to throw 25 passes...
