They are definitely little shits. There's a difference in buying iphones to test them and walking into a store and damaging property. Did you see how hard they had to work to bend the damn 6+? If anything, it made me feel better about getting my 6 soon.

Update 2:35PM EST: In a follow-up video, Kylie has apologized for the misguided act and says he takes full responsibility for the broken iPhone. He also clarified that they only damaged a single iPhone during the Apple Store trip; the multiple takes are reportedly of the same device. The article has been updated to reflect this.

Kylie says he and Danny are willing to pay to replace the damaged iPhone 6 Plus and don't plan to bend other units. "We know what we did was wrong." He also notes that it didn't take much pressure to bend the phone, but expresses doubt that it would bend while being carried in someone's pocket. Kylie does indeed sound genuinely remorseful about the whole situation, and says he hopes to be contacted by Apple directly to resolve it — if the company even decides to take things that far.

Where's the video of an unbent iphone going into a pocket and coming out bent? Isn't that the actual concern? What does it prove that one can intentionally apply enough force to damage a cell phone? Failure to be indestructible against intentional destructive forces seems to be a pretty weak argument against iPhones.

If they put an ad at the beginning of their video, they will more than recover the cost of the iPhone.

this was probably forced by someone, read their comments on their youtube video before they posted this apology video. They seemed to think their actions were justified.

Doesn't sound genuine to me if he's going to sit around and wait to be contacted, which to me sounds as if he won't do shite if Apple doesn't say anything to him.

If he had real remorse he'd hop back over to that store right now and pay for the phone he damaged.
