SBD is a Tennessee fainting GOAT. One last day at my job tomorrow. All I have left to do is clean off my desk.

That's gotta feel liberating. They can't call you when there are green roof problems on our New Orleans project.

You doing similar work in Nashville?

That is an old pic I created back in 2012 I think after rutiger came back from his trip with Heady and many of us tried it for the first time.

Ditto. Had a nice, sweet fruitiness in the malt profile. Most ESBs I've had just been bitter and sticky malty.

Preserving the hop aroma, according to the can.

But the head brewer has delved into other reasoning in interviews. LINK

I agree. I thought I had some more coming in last weekend, but it did not happen.

Damn wish I had known. Would have dropped some off on your porch when we left town early Sunday

I did not know I was not getting any until Sunday afternoon. B was going to get me some but she said she could not find any at McDades. I bet it was there, but in an aisle display. At least I got some Zombie Monkie.

This is probably my favorite Stone Release in the last two or three years. I love this.

yeah, that project isn't my problem anymore. As for Nashville, I'm getting back into the family glass business. I tried to escape it, but it sucked me back in. I'm excited about it though. I grew up in that company, but it's changed a lot in the 10 years since I've been gone.

Wow. 8 month old heady. Crazy.

The hour+ long video by chop and brew associated with that video is a very good resource if you're interested in learning more about Heady.

NBD: North Coast Old Stock Ale Cellar Reserve

This is nice. Dessert beer. Sweetness from the brandy barrels. I like it a lot. Bought it about a year ago I think. We're doing some work on the cellar tonight.
