I'd do that, too, OG, but he said no breakfast. A good egg sandwich is yummy.

I cook Chinese stir fry for at least 1 tailgate a year. I use a wok, but you could do the same thing on a griddle. Caramelize the chicken on the "hot spot" in the middle, push off to the side where it's cooler and cook your vegetables in the "hot spot".

This guy was my inspiration. Great technique. I use more onions, broccoli, grapeseed oil (high smoking point) and teriaki instead of soy (less salt/more flavor).

That fond on the "hot spot"? Scrape it up, add some shredded cabbage for water, dump in some pre-cooked rice, push to the side, fry a couple of eggs and mix. I've also smushed up a couple of anchovies into the rice/egg.

ahhhh, yes he did mention breakfast.

but after further review, he looks to have said "breakfast isn't an option", which isn't the same thing as cooking breakfast items at "lunch time". So, the ruling on the field has been overturned. Breakfast menu can be served at lunch time. Play ball!

I'm good with breakfast for lunch and I could go for some griddle cooked crispy hash browns. Who would turn those down at any meal!
