Yeah that area was good back in the 80s. I was shocked to hear the east side had slipped. Makes me sad to see my hometown facing the same shite larger cities fight.

Same here. Still work in Houma. I pass over the Prospect Overpass look down there often and think of all the good time we had.

If there was an orange tip on the gun there will be trouble. If not the cop will be put on a desk for a while and then return to the beat in a few months

I don't think BB guns have orange tips unless maybe they are air soft

WDSU TV just reported victim is 14 year old Cameron Tillman (not sure of spelling - the report was only verbal).

I bash cops pretty frequently on here, but if you're dumb enough to point any type of weapon at a cop nowadays, you get what you get. No sympathy for the victim.
Eta: assuming he pointed a gun-like weapon at the LEO.

Wouldn't call it a bias. Just hold law enforcement to a higher standard then most.
