Well, sounds like you aren't wasting your time and money at all.

Hence why I said I don't foresee myself going to another game anytime in the near future.

No. If the games weren't televised, people would just stop caring all together. Not as many people would be interested and want to go to games. I said it last night, but it is worth saying again. People are leaving games because they are boring

I don't understand this part. Did the Pac 12 become the superior conference in college football and I missed it or something?

You're exactly right. They don't show half of the replays because they're talking up the sponsors. I sick of hearing, "Ladies and gentlemen, please turn your attention to blah, blah, blah." They've gotten their last $1420.00 from me. Adios. I pay to see champions, not a team that quits early in the third quarter.

"piped in music?" They call that sh_t music? Who the hell picks it. Gangsta rap, Ironman from the 70's? I'd rather hear scores from other games. "and if you see something, report it" What the f_ck?

Yes.

If they are real fans, instead of douches like the OP.

The 15000 or so who stayed to the end saw what was almost the most incredible comeback in LSU history. A shitty as the team played last night, they never quit. I can't say the same for most of the "fans."

I don't remember how many people left early the night we came back to beat Houston but I was glad I stayed until the end to see it.

I agree with this, but

Hip-hop should never be played in Tiger Stadium!

frick you. Hip hop gets the hype going. Want do you want some damn country? It's alright as music, but that would be depressing and boring to play at a football game.

Why don't we just agree on bands should be used more?

Reason for Fans Leaving the Game Early

Are people leaving conference games early in athens,Tuscaloosa, auburn or Columbia?

Alabama is in the middle of one of the greatest runs in CFB history, Auburn just went to the title game, and USC is having the best few years in their program's history.

Les plays a boring brand of football, the defense isn't good this year, and just getting to and from the game is a hassle. I don't blame anyone for leaving early or staying home.

For a program with rabid fans and unlimited resources, LSU does a terrible job giving a good gameday experience. Hell, the student section security makes you throw away any packs of smokes or cans of dip that you have before entering the stadium. I'm not going back until the Alabama game.

And LSU is int it's greatest run in football history....

And this isnt as recent as you think....as someone pointed out the Houston game and the Troy game comebacks. Less than 20k in stadium when we took lead..

Reason for Fans Leaving the Game Early
quote:
When the college game atmosphere turns into nothing more than NFL lite, we're we'll lose one of the main things that makes college football so great.

If you are paying attention, that is where things are heading. Five large superconferences, paying players etc. The college game I grew up watching is no more. It is just morphing into an NFL lite farm system. Once again, all driven by the almighty dollar. The only thing anyone in this country cares about anymore.

This...it has long not been about college kids representing their state or school..

As a season ticket holders since the early 90s...we have slowly lost interest...

The changes in the sport and the atmosphere on campus and in stadium are the reasons....

What offense they run matters not....

Looks like LSU needs to add on more to the stadium

Spot on, except I didn't start going until the early 70's. You hit every point exactly. The only thing I differ on is going to a game each year. It's such a turn off from what it used to be. You're right, its become just like an NFL game, and NFL = TRASH !

This.

I hate to say this but what LSU needs is Kirby Smart at HC.

I'm not sold on him. I think Nick Saban could make me look like a good DC. And that speaks nothing towards his head coaching abilities which we know nothing about (see ex. Muschamp)

How about you be a true fan, quit making lame excuses and stay the whole game to support the team and University.

Also quit being an idiot and wanting to fire our coach after 1 loss.
