Now, Leg, you and I both know that people here do not pay attention to what happened in the past, unless it is either the recent past or happened to them directly. Hell, I bet half of the population couldn't tell who was the first to step foot on the moon, or the significance of 07 DEC 1941, or the significance of 17 SEPT 1787, etc. Trying to base that kind of argument is pointless.

I used Christianity as an example because most in this thread can relate to it. I also clearly defended Christianity. You need to calm down.
I'm not exactly defensive, I just hate PC arguments furthered to equate all religions. Christianity has spawned a lot of death. Usually, now, Christianity is simply a label associated with atrocities, and they're not directly related. The same certainly can't be said for Islam, although I have no issue in acknowledging we're talking about a handful of Islamic subsets here.
