trust me...these guys are done tournament fishing, once you're caught doing something like this your name is ruined and no one wants to be associated with you. Some tournaments and circuits have rules that ban people like this from entering...and they should be banned, forever

Like others have said ban for life on tournament and contests. Can't imagine trying to keep them from fishing or hunting.
