No knock warrants have to stop. They endanger the lives of citizens and police.

If it weren't for the War on Drugs, the no knock would only be used very rarely for criminals that are clealy violent, dangerous and pose a big risk, not small time shite like this.

I loathe race baiters and hate making things about race, but I suspect they wouldnt be seeking the death penalty had the shooter been white.

No knock raid, little evidence....sounds like some really stupid human beings. Shudder to think these folks are actually "protecting" us.

These raids on non-violent offenders should be banned. No reason for it.

Those who ordered the raid should be put on trial for murder.

Just curious. Who thinks ex-con bank robbers should be allowed to posses firearms? Since that is what this guy was.

Assuming they served their sentence why not? Did they kill someone during the bank robbery?

I honestly hope that this is the prosecution overcharging
In that case the prosecutor should be disbarred.

If police are going to behave like common home invaders, can't blame someone for treating them like common home invaders.

You don't say?

Isn't this the same area where the other officer was killed last year?

Yes, that's right. Once the government got to a certain size - they started rounding people up and throwing them in prison for drugs. It has absolutely nothing to do with people electing politicians who passed shitty laws - its only due to government's size.

You couldn't even last a whole page without posting something incredibly stupid.

The War on Drugs is, by definition, big government.

Didn't you actually read the link? He wasn't convicted for the shootings... He was convicted for manufacturing drugs and firearm possession while committing a felony.

Dear god you are truly the dumbest guy on this board. You can't grasp the simplest things .

This new anti-'police state' mentality may be the one thing that unites the common populace.
