You're still wrong. Sproles could have 1000 yards this game, and him not being on the team still wouldn't be our problem. Dude's having a great game, and I'm happy for him, but that isn't why we're 0-2.

Our offense hasn't been the problem though. It was a business decision.

Saying Sproles is the difference between this team being 2-0 or not, it's beyond ridiculous.

Pass catching running back is far more valuable than a fast wide receiver

Would be 1-1 if we could get a 1st down
take away one play from each game and we're 2-0

we'd still have the same problems, which have nothing to do with no sproles

Get ready for it. Everyone is gonna be flipping their shite over Sproles tomorrow. But hey, that will immediately single out who doesn't know what the frick they're talking about.

we lost two games on the last play...one or two extra first downs and we might have won both those games.

First off all, you're an idiot.
Second of all, I'll take Cooks as a guy who's started from day 1 and will excel in this offense for the next 12 years over Sproles who may have another year or two of production left.

Yep, Sproles is 31 and Cooks is 20.

This reminds me of the game in which Porter had 2 picks for Denver the season after he left us. All of the armchair GMs called the team stupid for letting him go, and look at Porter now.

Why couldn't we have both] Cooks and Sproles.

I love Sproles, and I wish him well. Sure, I wish he could still be on this team. He's having one of the best games I've ever seen out of him. But I understand the reason to let him go. I will be extremely surprise if he looks anywhere near this good later in the season. And once again, the Saints offense has looked very good.

Given that Porter hasn't been anything close to decent since he left here, it's still a valid argument.

But he's still playing as good as Robinson.
