The Asian grocery in Mecca usually has them. I ain't buying one. If the fat dude that loves penis says this stuff is Inedible, I'm taking his word for it.

Tried a durian shake at a vietnamese restaurant a few years back. Tasted like sour onions. Absolutely disgusting.

Yes, I had some which had been frozen & imported. My dad was from Indonesia and said that fresh durian is so much better. I think it's illegal to carry it on public transportation in some Southeast Asian countries, and to cut it in public because it's so stinky.

The taste was...unique. Kind of like a creamy, very fragrant melon. I can see some people might acquire a taste for it, but I didn't care for it much.

Never had it. I ate durian ice cream at Rama and didn't really notice any flavor. They sell it, both fresh and frozen, at the Vinh Phat Asian Market on Florida in BR...

I have some frozen durian I was going to use for something last year. It's still in my freezer. Got it at the Hong Kong market in the Wank.

Yes, in Singapore. A lot of the Asian markets have a bunch of it setting out on display and it smells absolutely rancid. Taste is tolerable after a few tries, but the smell can make you want to run for your life in the other direction.

It's definitely an acquired taste. Fresh is better. Tastes like pineapple and caramelized onions with a very custard like texture. I didn't mind it but I eat some crazy shite lol. Had much worse before.
