Well, I think all the bombers are definitely being bottled in Arnaudville now, so:
Cocodrie: My personal favorite from BT. Tripel IPA. Not as hoppy as some may want, and I love my hops too, but it's a Belgium style, and VERY good, IMO.
Miel Sauvage: Might have to go to the brewery to try or get a bottle. Didn't see any last time I went to Ambassador in Lafayette, and they normally stock a good bit of BT. Barrel aged and honey. Sweet, but potent. Byron had given me a try back when they were experimenting with it. Some say they like it better than the Cocodrie. I haven't had it since back then, so maybe it is better, and I just don't know it yet.
Loup Garou: Stout. I'm meh on stouts in general, though I do like Buried Hatchet. Lou Garou ranks in my personal Top 16 of LA brews.
Coteau Rodaire: My wife really likes it. Supposedly a farmhouse style, but the carbonation isn't as high. Good to try and nice on a summer day. Aged in wine barrels, which you can taste in the sip.
Biere Joi: Coffee grinds and hot peppers. A completely different recipe from the first "coffee beer" they tried and sold. I had it on tap at the brewery, not out of the bottle. Was good, though, and much better than the first bottles that came out.
Now...for the 12 oz bottles, it appears more of those are now being produced in Arnaudville rather than Natchez. If that's the case, then those should be much better tasting than when they first came out. Bottombrew said the Acadie he's drinking has the green Arnaudville caps. I'd say look for those green caps, and give the Acadie, Biere Noir, and Mardi Gras beer (when a new batch comes out in Feb/March) a try. Those should be good.

Ragin, you seem like you're really into Bayou Teche. Their other stuff is brewed in Kiln, MS not Natchez. It's brewed at Lazy mag.
Seen you say Natchez about 5 times the last few days.
