A Pittsburgh assault suspect got an unexpected surprise when he grabbed a jogger's buttocks and pulled down her shorts -- only to learn she was an off-duty federal marshal, CBS Pittsburgh reports. The woman, who was not named, immediately turned the tables on 19-year-old Robert Flynn, identifying herself as a deputy U.S. marshal and ordering him to stop, the report says.
