If anything I'd take Spaulding's suggestion and bump Rebirth up to Tier I.

Longetivity, representation of the city, legendary live show, highly influntial to the movement of modern day funk / hip hop fusion brass.

Jelly Roll should be tier 1

And I used to carpool with Benjy in elementary school, he's from BR. The rest of the band (the original band, at least) is from BR too.
