Well, that's pretty dumb. I've never heard someone from Baton Rouge, Ruston or McComb claim to be from N.O.

Is Shamarr Allen deserving of a tier ranking?

I don't pretend to be fluent in the politics of the new Orleans music scene but I would think he would at least be above Benjy Davis and fricking Flow Tribe.


Also Johnny Sansone is a fricking monster and definitely deserves a ranking
