The new policy is pretty clear. 2 games for DUI conviction. He just admitted guilt.
I'm still holding because I have him in a keeper league, but he should be dropped in every re-draft league.

This. He won't make it on anyone's rosters when bye weeks start popping off. Unless someone really drafted around bye weeks. He'll be available by week 6-8ish and worthy of a re-stash then.

It's possible that this DUI guilty plea has already been baked into the league's decision to give him a 10 game suspension. I wouldn't drop Josh while automatically thinking this adds 2 more games. Wait a while longer until definite word comes out.
