Fox, the main fox channel. The same channel the Saints will play on this week and same Chanel Masterchef is coming on tonight.

I'm sure it will be back within a week... Always a pissing match between local affiliates and carriers.

btw, if I remember right, you should be able to get it out of either NY or LA

Call, ask to cancel service. When you get to the cancellation department they will offer Sunday ticket, movie channels, and monthly credits to appease you.

COX. I switched from DirectTV because of their shitty service and haven't had a problem with COX since then.

I've tried this several times and I think I'm the only one it doesn't work for. This is how the the conversations have gone:
Me: I'd like to cancel.
Them: Sure, let me transfer you to cancellation.
Cancellation: hello
Me: yes, I'd like to cancel.
Cancellation: ok, what date would you like us to terminate service.
Me: immediately
Cancellation: ok one moment
Me: no...wait...nevermind

Shitty service as in?

I guess that's why Directv is JD Powers number one provider in the south region and Cox is 5th

Threaten to cancel to get to the cancellation department.

Then explain to cancellation department that you really would rather not terminate service, but would like them to work with you.

It helps if you have good pay history and/or are not under contract.

If you don't have any luck, leave a negative survey and ask to be contacted. Their customer service really is quite good.
