It's The Blaze, and someone from Reddit. I'm a bit skeptical. It states they got their information from City-Data but doesn't say how it was compiled.

Yeah, I know some boroughs with nearly 100% household gun ownership rates. Statewide it's at 60%, so I know those numbers are off.

Bogus list. Ain't no way they know that information. They may have access to CC permit numbers, and possibly, new firearm purchases, but even if they did, those numbers don't validate the original premise. "Keep em guessin" is my suggestion.
