The people I work with. They are all a bunch of complainers. Each and every one of them think they are the only people that do any work at all.

Nah complaining when my students do bad and I know they know the material isn't bad....

Plus my job is awesome and I work in the summer for extra money and just to have something to do. I probably feel the same way a parent feels who actually works with their child.

For me grading test because I feel these students should know the material and they've shown in the past they know the material, but when it comes to a test they put the Mississippi River is in South America.
I teach geography too. I have no complaints worth mentioning.

I hate all the shitty POS parents I have to deal with and all the abused/neglected patients we see. Makes you very sad and jaded over time.

As a General Manager of a restaurant here are the things I've noticed:

The upcoming generation has a problem with critical thinking and problem solving. It's a problem for me since I am not a micro manager and that's what these kids tend to need. I can give you the training and tools you need to succeed at your job but they cannot apply those things to situations that require them to use critical thinking. I'm a firm believer that bad service/food tends to start at home rather than with the business.

The demands of the general public are actually degrading service quality. Cell phones, taking forever to order, special fricking orders, not knowing how many is in your party, etc. shite like that takes up more of an employee's time instead of getting someone a refill.

That and all the fat kids and their fat parents.

Had a 4 year old the other night who's mom insisted I bring pudding AND cookies for her child's bedtime snack.....to go with the entire lunch-able and chocolate milk she was already eating.

" oh she won't eat pudding by itself...she has to have cookies to dip into it"

Child is 60 lbs btw...and 4

Morbidly obese kids should be seen as child abuse.
