But do we keep three Q Bs? Based on what I've seen I say we do not keep the third in he active roster.
Trade to Rams would be ideal. Sneak him to the practice squad if you can. I think we lose him this year.

Griffin wasn't good last week either though the O-line had a lot to do with that. I think Payton might've given Griffin the rest of the game to win the job and he didn't.

In my opinion McCown has won the QB2. I was pulling for Griffin but he didn't look too sharp v's the Colts and looked like hot garbage against the Ravens. I think we will take our chances at sneaking him to the practice squad now. There is no way we keep 3.

I've always thought the Saints should keep at least 2 backups at all times. Each one could rub a separate shoulder for Drew.

This team is screwed anyways if Brees goes down. I'm all for just keeping Griffin.

That's not good decision making. You don't keep the less prepared guy because you're screwed if you have to use him.
McCown has shown that he could at least manage a game, and make some pretty impressive throws (that one to Graham down the seem against the Titans comes to mind).

I was disappointed in Griffin's performance last night, but I think he's shown enough that we should keep him around on the practice squad. After last night, I don't think we have to "sneak" him in. McCown is our #2.
