I dream of JK tinkering with a 3-5-2 using guys like Yedlin, Chandler and maybe even Shea as speedy wingbacks.

This list is for young players playing in foreign leagues. MLS players weren't included

Well Rimando and the forward from Stanford are there. Also a good bit of guys from the Mexican league so it's not like we went all European based.

We really aren't deep at GKs playing abroad and Rimando is the 3rd best with Howard out.

And yes, that's why I said foreign. Morris is a shock and not technically playing in the MLS. Jurgy made it clear he wasn't selecting the capped senior players abroad or in the MLS. He said he would choose young players playing abroad

NCAA Division I Men's Soccer. The most foreign league of them all.

and he's not even getting paid like the rest of the teammates. I could see Jurgy doing this as incentive for top collegiate players to gtfo there and into professional soccer.

Guess the game in October will be all American based players. Then in November I'm not sure what Jurgan will do.

Apparently the NCAA is pretty good about picking up travel expenses. He just doesn't get a stipend.

A lot of gray in that area though

He'll get some excused absence slips signed by Jurgy to give to his professors.

I really want to see Hyndman play.

I always love the post World Cup friendlies. So much experimentation with call-ups and tactics.

Are we the new West Germany?

I kid... I for one like seeing all the youth.

Did Aron Johannsson suck that much to be left out??

Sounders better hurry up and sign this kid. If he gets signed away now they'd have nothing to show for it.

Forgive my ignorance, but who are the center mids in this roster? Most of the midfielder names I recognized ply their trade on the outside.
