Looking at a couple neighborhoods, but open to any that would fall into these 2 school zones. Any subdivision/neighborhood thoughts and recommendations would also be welcomed.

If you have to travel to BR for work, I would personally stay out of any subdivision that you have to take 42 to get out. Make sure you would have an alternate route to get to airline in case traffic is bad.

Avoid Hwy 42 area bc traffic
Look for anything off of Old Perkins, Jefferson, HWY 73 (North of 74), Bluff Road, or Swamp Road.

Two neiborhoods accross the street from Prairieville Primary, "Shadows of Ascension" and another one just built "Parker Place Estates". They look nice.
