yeah pretty much, the over the air stuff will come through in HD, but not the channels the TVs I have hooked up via Coax.

The games that are on those channels (NFL network etc) I usually find with no problems on alternative streaming sites (install ad-block) but 95% of the time I'm at home I'm near my computer so I just set up the games to view on my second monitor while I'm gaming or something. Quality is usually better streaming on my PC than accessing those same sites on my roku.

and as Salmon stated, Disney has a channel that can be accessed w/ a cable login if you have access to one.

does the roku (or any of them) support the watch ESPN app?
