We have a JUCO walk on moron. He put up numbers similar to Mett in the same Juco league. He played lights out in a 4A power St Thomas Moore.

That being said, this may be the worst thought out thread of all time.

I think It would be a good idea. I don't think it needs to be a highly recruited guy. If someone can come in that's taken snaps at the Juco level, could be beneficial at practice

See my above post! Do you idiots even look at the roster. We have everything we need with another top guy coming next year (hopefully), his brother works for us now.

If Harris or Jennings transfers, and the other gets injured, I'd be optimistic with Foster at the helm. The guy is a great athlete with a strong arm. He'd be a legit dual threat.

I'll tell you this, I bet he'd be as good an option as the guy Wisconsin is about to hang their hat on.

No... You wouldn't be optimistic.

And no to the rest. Just no.

Here's why, for you...not the other short sighted commenters on this thread:

-No way we have both Jennings and Harris on next year's roster, and I'm betting by the spring the team only has 1 QB on scholly...read that again...a school like LSU has one scholarship...that's never acceptable, anytime of the year.

-A JUCO guy can come in, with post-high school game experience, if Harris gets hurt and we won't have to play a lightly recruited true freshman.

-Let's no kid ourselves about any of the walkons

Shall I continue?

So if Jennings, the starter last year, keeps his job, "no way" a true freshman comes back for his sophomore year?
LOL
