I understand that things break. I also understand DDOS attacks. What I cant understans or accept is the way Charter deals with issues.

They have NO escalation if u can prove to them the problem is NOT your hardware. Of which I can do every single time they have an outage. They simply keep there customers in the dark.

Outages and slow internet speeds are FAR too common.

Anybody still having trouble? Charter has been in and out last couple days and currently out right now. South east LA.
