Saw Jack White two nights ago and Portugal. last night both at red rocks.

Next show will be Reggae on the Rocks on Sat but my next "big show" will be Phish Dicks next week.

Weekend after will be STS9, weekend after that will be Bisco on the Green, weekend after that Lotus: Talking Heads deconstructed, weekend after that will be Big Gigantic.

Fun month.

I'm talking about popular bands selling out a decent sized venue.

I rarely go to a venue that holds over 500-700 people. I saw Radiohead at American Airlines Arena probably 3 years ago and it was an OK show. Saw Arcade Fire about the same time at a big place and it was a mediocre show. I did see The National and Tame Impala at a 1000-1500 capacity place last year and it was a pretty good show. There are just not many bands out there I want to see that fill a big arena.

I don't really count the Varsity, but whatever I guess...
That show was so meh. I don't really listen to them a ton but you could just tell the we're mailing it in. Greensky was much much better IMO.

I definitely understand that... I just didn't want to see a bunch of posts about *insert local band here* playing at the local bar.

Basically shows that would be worth traveling to see.

I saw the current best live act in the world about two weeks ago.

The shrooms were good. NIN was excellent.
