Jenkins is the only one who hasn't been in the line up.
It may be more on the linebackers not playing disciplined. The defense as a whole didn't have the best game last week.

I've been asking Falcons fans what exactly does Mike Smith do? He doesn't run the offense or defense. Does he just manage the coaches and call the timeouts?
I'd rest the bulk of the blame on the GM.
