You realize the only outcome for this is a BAD outcome.
If she confronts him about information she received from the "spying", all hell is going to break loose.
Let the kid be a kid.

Unintended consequences can be a bitch.
Now you got bigger worries as y'all are now guilty of production and distribution of child pornography.
Probably looking at a 40 year charge.

That's whats wrong with parents today. Let the kid have some privacy. Think of how you would have liked it if your parents were basically spying on you 24 hrs of the day.
Trust your kids, you never know, they may end up surprising you in a good way.

Is your wife the NSA or Moosechelle Obama?
Posted on 8/14/14 at 9:32 am to Rustontiger43
no, there is no expectation of privacy for pics sent over the internet to a cellphone owned by a parent and receipt of unsolicited pics from minor is not illegal, but she better make darn sure that she does not forward or otherwise circulate those pics.

I just like the idea of the child being raised in an NSA-like household and that picture together
Not sure why his wife wants to see his child's peterbird

Not really the same. Lot more information is shared today (texts, social media, etc.) than a diary.
