i didn't see license to wed but bicentennial man would be close to the top for me.

I'm surprised to see the hate for Bicentennial man.
It's held back by not being sure what it wants to go for between drama and comedy, as well as a couple of plot absurdities, but I thought that underneath it was a decent concept.

I don't begrudge some early movie stinkers - trying to make a name for himself...
But when he was at the height of his powers...
He made Patch Adams.
It was so condescending to the public...as if the studio said...we have to make Robin Williams...MORE ROBIN WILLIAMS...and do a movie just about that...and we'll put it in a hospital so people will cry.
Cheap - sentimental rip-off of trying to be a cheesy doctor's version of Good Morning Vietnam.
Hated Patch Adams. What an insult that movie was.
That's why it's my worst RW movie - because at the height of his powers - the studio still pigeon-holed him into predictable stuff...and they totally failed with Patch Adams. Total bullshite of a movie. It's not Good Morning, it's not Dead Poets, it's not Awakenings...it's total crap...I'm glad the public gave the studios the middle finger.

Does Cadillac Man fit here... I think I saw this movie but I don't remember a damn thing about it accept that I don't know anyone who liked it when it came out.
