So I'm a very casual gamer. I have an Xbox 360, mostly play sports games and shooters. Is it worth it for me to upgrade from a 360 to and XBOX 1?

If you are a casual gamer, I believe the xbone offers the most to you.

Pros:
Kinect-voice, facial recognition
quieter
Graphics
Cons:
Very few games out
Still a little buggy
Party chat

If you only play sports and shooters the XB1 is exactly what you need. That's why it was made.

Absolutely not. Wait for some games to come out. And for then to scrap the entire user interface. It's garbage

Just bought one friday, i love the interface system. Definitely worth the purchase.

Do you want the Master Chief edition?
If yes, get the 1.

Im in the same boat that I play sports games and COD. I got the XBox1 to play with my friends that got them. Otherwise, I LOVE that I can get to netflix and to my shows without even touching a remote. It definitely has some bugs and sometimes it takes me a few tries to get a DVD to even work, but overall, I am very pleased with my XBone.

So do we have a gaming board iteration of the movie critic version of Carson now?

i'll be honest with you man,
I regret purchasing my xbox one. here on the Gaming Board, we are thought of as the lowest form of gamers. Blind, hopeless, button mashing peasants who are too poor to build PCs and too graphically challenged to be able to keep up with the superior consoles.
expect to be ridiculed often. you'll need to join our xbone coping support group. it's helped me get thru some tough times.

It will get better. Destiny, Sunset Overdrive and MCC are coming. Want a racing game but can't decide between Horizon 2 and Driveclub.

Not at all, I have an Xbone. Just wanted to know how it offers the most to casuals.
Apparently my comment got to you enough to quote me though.
