I'd definitely wait a bit. Master Chief edition isn't coming out till November. I did see you can get one for $399 now, but I bet they will have a nice bundle when Master Chief comes out.

It's not a different topic, more "casuals" are buying the PS4 so apparently the Xbone isn't as casual friendly as you make it out to be.

Go for an kinectless Xbone plus EA access. The sports games and BF4 should keep you busy till November
