That weirdo that eats green steaks... Green steaks kill people. It's cooking 101. It's restaurant 101. It's just the most obvious thing I can think of. It's like serving raw pork. You intentionally let beef turn green, show up where people know about food, and brag about it? Dry aging a steak requires very sort of specific equipment. It's a function of having a great butcher shop or kitchen. It's not the kind of thing where you go "Well, frick it, I heard aging shite was good." It's like drinking wine that's turned, because you're determined that "aging wine is good tho LOL". Do you buy cigars, put them in the cabinet for a year, and get all excited because it's aged tobacco? You're worse than that raw burger guy. Jesus. How the hell do you frick up food in this incredibly simple way? I'll just keep buying good meat that's been treated in the way you should, you know, treat raw meat and not have to worry. And I'll pay a premium for it, because if it was as simple as throwing it in the fridge until it was green, everyone would do it. Sorry, this just really bugs me and rustles the bejesus out of my jimmies. Why in the hell would throwing bullshite in a fridge count as "aging" it?

I'm just saving that for you in the morning. That's fricking classic.
