How the hell do you frick up food in this incredibly simple way? I'll just keep buying good meat that's been treated in the way you should, you know, treat raw meat and not have to worry. And I'll pay a premium for it, because if it was as simple as throwing it in the fridge until it was green, everyone would do it. Sorry, this just really bugs me and rustles the bejesus out of my jimmies. Why in the hell would throwing bullshite in a fridge count as "aging" it?
