Man I can't get those high arse numbers. I tried with my regular weight lifting. I gotta work on that muscle endurance. I'll stick to at least 500 though.

8/4 - starting strong this morning, soreness is practically gone, should be able to start putting up better numbers (i hope)

I didn't work over the weekend.
Friday the workout I did was all pushups and pullups.
And I usually don't sweat doing them anyway. Takes me less than 60 seconds to do 50. If I space them out then I'm ok.

I'm either gonna rest today or do a lot less than 700.
In addition to all the pushups I went kayak fishing yesterday. Lots of paddling using shoulders and back. Then I got stuck in the marsh on the way back and had to get out and pull the kayak through the mud on foot. Needless to say, I'm hurting pretty good this morning.

Back to every day life. got moving a little yesterday but was mostly lazy catching up on sleep. Looking forward to seeing how a work week goes.

I still worked out Friday and Saturday but only one day was shoulders. Gonna be tough this week keeping my high numbers and still working out 6 days

So there was no noticeable effect on heavy squat/deadlift day.
But tomorrow is heavy bench/shoulder press day.
Thats where the pudding will melt I think.

Woke up this morning trying to get in a 100 before work.. nope 50 was the limit gonna be a long week until my body has the want
