I haven't given up I just haven't updated in a while. Also it was a bad weekend so I definitely have some catching up to do.

8/15- 200 (posted this one but it wasn't recorded yet, so repost)
8/16- 10
8/17- 0 (first goosegg, not proud)
8/18- 140
8/19- 300
8/20- 700

I made some headway today but I'll need another 700 day tomorrow to make up for those three weak days. But I'm still in this thing!

I do 100 miles a month now. I'm more concerned about 1000 pullups. My seacan arrives the first week of september, so I won't have a pullup bar til then. Haven't done ine in 2 months.

i'm the reverse. rolled my ankle on July 4th and didn't run at all until this past saturday. got on the treadmill yesterday to do some 'speed' work for the first time in a long time and i was dead after doing two quarter mile intervals at 5:45. luckily i ran out of time and had to go home lol.

100 miles would be a serious challenge for me right now. the pushups are doable because you can do them anywhere. i get a bunch in at work just doing them 25 or 33 at a time.

I would be down for a 100 Mile AND 1,000 pullup challenge in September.

Miles would be really hard for me bc I don't like to run.

I'm finally getting back on my push ups, I'm at 150 so far today, going to knock out some more later.

I like the 1000 pull ups idea. I'll have to find a place to do it, but I've always been good at pull ups.30 a day should be pretty easy.50 a day might be a little tough, but I'm pretty sure I could do it.
